The social network X (formerly known as Twitter) has Grok, a Chatbot of AI, which aims to become a serious chatgpt rival and other generative artificial intelligences.
With the aim of expanding the scope of Grok, the company has signed an agreement so that the chatbot can be used directly in the Telegram instant messaging app. This arrives only a few days after he puts his chatbot of AI in WhatsApp in several European countries, including Spain.
Grok intends to become the alternative to the target chatbot, at least in the field of instant messaging applications. The possibility of using Grok on Telegram is available, for the moment, for users of the PREMIUM TELEGRAM payment plans that are also subscribed to the Payment Plan X Premium of the Social Network.
It is therefore the technical integration of chatbot in Telegram. The company that has developed it, XAI, seeks to begin to be used beyond X, and for this it has carried out in recent months an important investment in a data center with artificial intelligence created in Memphis (United States), with capacity for 200,000 NVIDIA H100 servers.
The objective of this investment is to respond to the growing demand for information from users to Grok, which will be considerably increased if the chatbot continues to expand beyond X, something that is a priority for Elon Musk, owner of X and XAI.
In fact, the more people use Grok, the more possibilities the tool to become a profitable functionality that allows to obtain benefits to the company.
At the moment, X has not provided official figures for the use of Grok, but if you are a user of the social network, you may have noticed a greater use of the tool and more publications of the accounts that you continue using the assistant. In fact, for a few days it is possible to ask Grok directly from a post on the social network, which is providing much more visibility.
