We continue learning with these tutorials to get the most out of your phone since it is valid for all of them, as they all use the same Miui camera software.
are you tired of your photos coming out out of focus badly? That may be because the software of your cell phone doesn’t do it correctlybut with this tutorial your images will come out perfectly focused in the right place.
As a general rule the latest phone models, usually do this function wellbut there are times when it does not recognize some objects, or does not focus as well as we would like.
Learn how to focus your photos manually
In these situations what we have to do is to follow the following steps.
- Open the camera application on your Xiaomi, Redmi or Poco phone
- Change the standard mode and set it to professional mode “PRO”
- Select the three lines located at the top right
- Click on the “Peak Focus” item to activate it
- Warning: This option is only available phones with 2 or more sensors in their camera.
With this function called “focus peak” or “Peak on”, the phone itself will mark us a few lines by software, indicating in red the distance at which we are focusing currently our camera to make our job easier.
Once activated and in Pro mode, we go to the option that says F (Focal) and you will see a horizontal time line appear.
As you can see in the image above, now only we have to move the yellow line from the center to one side or the other.
It all depends on where the object or people you want to focus on are.
- For example, if it’s a flower, an insect or something you have a lot of close byyou will have to move the yellow line to the leftwhere you will see a rose icon, indicating to the camera that the object is nearby.
- However, if your object is farther away, you will have to move it to the right sidewhere you will see an icon of a mountain.
Activate the focus peaking option for a better result in your photos
Thanks to the function that we have activated at the beginning of “peak on” the camera software will help us to quickly see where the camera is focusing at that moment. Being able to correct it, in an easier way and to our liking, leaving perfect photographs.
